The damage is physical.
The fight is on paper.
We handle the paper.

A collision claim comes down to two things: a complete, documented estimate — and someone willing to defend it line by line. That's the work we do.

Your repair is only as good as the estimate behind it.

Most bad claim outcomes come down to damage that never made the estimate, or an estimate nobody defended. We handle both, for vehicle owners across the Kansas City metro.

Collision Claim Handling

From first notice of loss through final payment — and you see every position taken in writing.

  • Adjuster & field appraiser negotiation
  • Supplement submission and escalation
  • Diminished value & loss-of-use claims
  • Third-party claims

Independent Estimating & Damage Analysis

We disassemble, measure, and scan first, then write every operation the manufacturer's procedures require — one accurate number up front.

  • Full-teardown blueprint estimates
  • OEM procedure research per VIN
  • Estimate audits & second opinions
  • Written in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex

Total Loss & Complex Situations

When the fight is over what your vehicle is worth — or whether it can be made right at all — that's what we're built for.

  • Total-loss valuations that won't pay off your loan
  • Appraisal-clause invocations
  • Damage a carrier calls unrelated or pre-existing
  • Repairs that stalled or were done wrong

Find everything. Write everything. Then negotiate.

Nobody talks about price until the damage is proven — because once a number is on the table, everything after it is a concession.

  1. Claim & estimate review

We read the policy, the carrier's estimate, and the claim file — then tell you plainly what's missing. Free.

  2. Teardown & blueprint

Full disassembly and measuring. Every finding is photographed and written into a line-by-line estimate citing OEM procedures.

  3. Negotiation & supplements

We submit the blueprint, defend every line, and escalate when we have to — copying you on each position.

  4. Settlement & follow-through

Funded correctly, the documentation goes with you to any shop you choose. We stay on the claim until it closes.

The shop behind the paperwork.

Every estimate we defend starts on this floor in Blue Springs — torn down, measured, and photographed before it goes in the claim file.

They totaled my truck at a number that wouldn't pay off my loan. Collision Strategy rewrote the estimate with the Ford procedures attached and worked the claim for six weeks. I never spoke to the adjuster again.

Nothing comes off the estimate because a carrier said no.

If the manufacturer requires it, it stays on the estimate. When a carrier refuses to fund it, we document it, escalate it, and tell you exactly where the claim stands — in writing, every time. The first review costs nothing.

Common questions about collision claims

Can you review an estimate written by another shop or my insurer?

Yes — send the estimate and photos of the damage. We audit it against the manufacturer's published procedures for your VIN and hand you a written comparison of what's missing: skipped operations, underpaid labor, and parts written as repair that should be replaced.

My vehicle was totaled and the offer won't pay it off. Can you fight it?

Yes — this is our most common fight. We go through the carrier's valuation report line by line: the comparable vehicles they picked, the mileage and condition adjustments, and the options they missed. We also produce a documented repair cost, because some total-loss calls don't survive an accurate estimate. If the number is still wrong, we prepare the paperwork to invoke the appraisal clause in your policy — a formal process that takes the value out of the adjuster's hands.

What is a blueprint estimate?

An estimate written after a complete teardown instead of a walk-around. Hidden damage and required procedures are on paper before anyone negotiates price — one accurate number instead of weeks of supplements.

My insurance company says I have to use one of their shops. Do I?

In most states, no — the vehicle owner chooses the repair facility. Send us your policy and we'll show you exactly what applies to your claim.

Do I have to use your shop for the repair?

No. Most people take our estimate and claim documentation to a shop they already trust — and we keep working the claim either way. We're independent: no direct-repair contracts with any carrier.

Where are you located, and do I need an appointment?

Blue Springs, Missouri, serving the entire Kansas City metro — and yes, by appointment only. Estimating takes a teardown bay and dedicated time, not a rushed look in a parking lot. Call or send the form and we'll book you within a day or two.
